2. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders, transactions and agreements via Yoozy Fashion. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

3. Product information

We do our best to display all product information as accurately as possible. Please allow for slight color variations due to screen settings.

4. Prices

All prices are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to printing and typographical errors.

5. Ordering and payment

Orders will be processed after successful payment via the available payment methods.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times are indicative; no rights can be derived from this.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. See our returns policy for instructions.

8. Warranty

We guarantee that our products meet the agreement. Warranty does not apply in case of improper use, normal wear and tear or damage due to improper maintenance.

9. Liability

Yoozy Fashion is not liable for indirect damage, delays beyond our control or damage due to incorrect use of products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order.

10. Data management and privacy

We process personal data according to our privacy policy. Data is not shared with third parties, unless necessary for the execution of the order.

11. Complaints

Complaints can be reported via info@yoozyfashion.nl. We will respond within 5 working days.

12. Disputes

These conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are preferably resolved by mutual agreement.
