Delivery times
Netherlands and Belgium : 1-3 working days
Germany : 2-4 working days
Other EU countries : 3-6 working days
International : 5-10 business days
Orders placed on working days before 15:00 are usually processed the same day or the next working day. During busy periods, such as new collections or discount promotions, the processing time can increase to 2-3 working days. After shipping you will receive an e-mail with a track & trace link.
Delivery
Your order will be delivered by a reliable shipping partner, such as PostNL, DHL or a similar service provider. In case of absence, a message will be left so that you can pick up the package at a collection point or make a new delivery appointment.

Pre-orders
For combined orders with a pre-order product, all items will be shipped at once as soon as the pre-order product is in stock. Do you want to receive immediately available products sooner? Then place separate orders.
