At Yoozy Fashion we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange your order according to the guidelines below.


📦 Return Policy

Returns Period: Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Products must be in original condition, including:

  • Unworn and unwashed.
  • Packaged in original packaging with labels and tags still attached.
  • Damaged or used items are not eligible for return.

🚫 Exceptions

Non-returnable items:

  • Personalized or custom made products.
  • Hygiene products such as earrings and swimwear (if the seal is broken).
  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale cannot be returned unless they are defective.

🔄 How do I return an item?

  1. Complete the return form: Use the form enclosed with your order or download it here .
  2. Create your return label: Go to our returns page and enter your details.
  3. Pack your item: Make sure the item is packed securely.
  4. Take the package to a post office: Send it back and keep your proof of postage.

💰 Return Shipping Costs

The costs for returning are at your own expense, unless the item is damaged or incorrectly delivered.

We recommend sending a package with tracking to ensure it reaches us.


🔄 Exchange

💳 Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Any shipping charges will not be refunded unless it was an error on our part.
