Yoozy Fashion Return Policy
1. Return conditions
At Yoozy Fashion you can return your order within 14 days after receipt. The items must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with labels. Damaged or used items are not eligible for return.
2. Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom made products
- Hygiene products such as earrings and swimwear (if seal is broken)
- Sale items (unless defective)
3. Return costs
Return costs are at your own expense, unless the item is damaged or incorrectly delivered.
4. Return procedure
Do you want to return an item? Register your return by contacting us:
We will then send you the return instructions. Make sure the item is sent safely packed and keep the shipping receipt with track & trace.
5. Refund
After receiving and approving your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the original payment method. Any shipping costs will only be refunded if it is an error on our part.
