Yoozy Fashion Returns Policy

1. Return conditions

At Yoozy Fashion, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Damaged or used items are not eligible for return.

2. Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Hygiene products such as earrings and swimwear (if seal is broken)
  • Sale items cannot be returned unless otherwise stated. Regular discounts are subject to the statutory right of withdrawal. Returns are not possible for final sale/outlet items.
  • Shoes that have been worn or show signs of wear (such as damaged soles or soiling on the bottom)

3. Return costs

Return costs are at your own expense, unless the item is damaged or incorrectly delivered.

4. Return procedure

We will then send you the return instructions. Please ensure the item is shipped securely and keep the shipping receipt with track & trace.

5. Refund

After receiving and approving your return, we'll refund the purchase price via your original payment method within 14 days. Any shipping costs will only be refunded if the error was ours.
