Postage costs

The Netherlands
Letterbox package: €4.95 (including track & trace)
Standard package: €6.95 (including track & trace)
Free shipping on orders over €75 (including track & trace)

Belgium and Germany
Standard package: €7.95 (including track & trace)
Free shipping on orders over €75 (including track & trace)

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–5 business days . Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, you'll automatically receive an email with a track & trace link so you can track your order.

Delivery time after shipment

The average delivery time is:
• Netherlands : 1–3 business days
• Belgium and Germany : 2–5 working days
The final delivery time depends on the carrier and any busy periods.

Track your order

Delivery

Your order will be delivered by a reliable shipping partner, such as PostNL, DHL, or a similar service provider. If you're not there, the carrier will leave a message so you can pick up your package at a designated pickup point or reschedule your delivery.

Delays

During peak periods (such as holidays or sales), processing time may be slightly longer. Yoozy Fashion is not responsible for carrier delays, but we do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Pre-orders

For combined orders with a pre-order product, all items will be shipped at once once the pre-order product is in stock. If you'd like to receive products that are available immediately sooner, please place separate orders.
