2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all orders, transactions and agreements through Yoozy Fashion. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

3. Product information

We strive to display all product information as accurately as possible. Minor colour variations may occur due to screen settings.

4. Prices

All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to printing and typographical errors.

5. Ordering and payment

Orders are processed after successful payment via the available payment methods.

6. Delivery

We aim to ship orders within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times are indicative and no rights can be derived from them.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receipt. Please refer to our return policy for instructions.

8. Warranty

We guarantee that our products comply with the agreement. The warranty does not apply in cases of improper use, normal wear and tear or damage caused by incorrect maintenance.

9. Liability

Yoozy Fashion is not liable for indirect damage, delays beyond our control or damage caused by improper use of products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order.

10. Data management and privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. Data is not shared with third parties unless necessary to fulfil the order.

11. Complaints

Complaints can be submitted via info@yoozyfashion.nl. We will respond within 5 business days.

12. Disputes

Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes will preferably be resolved by mutual agreement.
