Return Policy Yoozy Fashion
1. Return Conditions
At Yoozy Fashion, you can return your order within 14 days after receipt via our return portal. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, including labels and original packaging. Damaged or used items are not eligible for return.
2. Exceptions
The following items are (partially) excluded from returns:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Hygiene-sensitive items such as jewelry, swimwear, and hair accessories. These items cannot be returned via the return portal. If the item is demonstrably unopened and unworn, our customer service can be contacted for review.
- Sale and outlet items (final sale) cannot be returned unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Shoes that have been worn or show signs of use, such as damaged soles or dirt on the bottom.
3. Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or delivered incorrectly.
4. Return Procedure

For items excluded from the return portal, such as hygiene-sensitive items, instructions on how to contact our customer service will be provided during the return request.
5. Refunds
After receipt and approval of your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 10 business days via the original payment method. Shipping costs are refunded only if the return is due to an error on our part.
