Shipping and Delivery
At Yoozy Fashion we do our utmost to deliver your order quickly and with care. On this page you will find all information about shipping costs, processing times and delivery options.
Status and estimated delivery
On the product page we display an indicative timeline of your order, such as when it is expected to be processed, shipped and approximately delivered. This date is an estimate based on our processing and the average delivery times of the carrier. The final delivery date may vary due to route planning, public holidays or carrier congestion.
Shipping costs
The Netherlands and Germany
Mailbox parcel: €4.95 (including tracking)
Standard parcel: €6.95 (including tracking)
Free shipping on orders from €75 (including tracking)
Belgium
Standard parcel: €7.95 (including tracking)
Free shipping on orders from €75 (including tracking)
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 5 business days. Once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking link.
Delivery time after shipment
The average delivery time is:
• The Netherlands: 1 to 3 business days
• Belgium and Germany: 2 to 5 business days
The final delivery time depends on the carrier and possible peak periods.
Delivery
Your order is delivered by a reliable shipping partner such as PostNL, DHL or a comparable service provider. If you are not at home, the carrier will leave a notification so you can collect the parcel at a pickup point or schedule a new delivery.
Delays
During busy periods such as holidays or sale events, processing times may be slightly longer. Yoozy Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Pre orders
For combined orders containing a pre order item, all products are shipped together once the pre order item is in stock. If you prefer to receive in stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
